SafeAlert prepares alerts for your review. It does not send emergency messages automatically and is not a replacement for contacting local emergency services.
You can also use Send Feedback inside the app to start an email with basic app and device context.
Help
SafeAlert helps you prepare a safety alert for trusted contacts.
- If you need urgent emergency help, contact local emergency services directly.
- If you cannot send through Messages, copy the prepared alert or use the share button.
- If location is missing, make sure Location and Precise Location are enabled for SafeAlert.
- If a map link is not included, turn on Apple Maps or Google Maps sharing before sending.
- If a contact is missing, add them manually or choose them from iOS Contacts inside the app.
- If the network looks offline, Messages may still work depending on your carrier connection.
